MIZE is a minimalism and habit coach app. You answer a short questionnaire about where you want to start, and it builds daily tasks around your answers. It covers two areas: material belongings you want to let go of, and habits you want to change.
- Which phones does MIZE run on?
It runs on iPhone and iPad (iOS 15.1 or later) and on Android. You can find it on the App Store and on Google Play. The app is available in English, German and Japanese.

- You tell MIZE where you want to start.

- What is a habit swap?
A habit swap means replacing a pattern that drains you with one that helps. MIZE treats habits as the second half of minimalism, next to belongings. You name what you want to stop and what you want to build, and the daily tasks work on both.
- Does MIZE have an AI coach?
Yes. You can chat with the coach when you feel stuck or don't know where to start. It can suggest tasks, which you can then add to your list. It is there for the moment you hesitate over an item or a habit.
- Can I keep a journal in MIZE?
Yes. The app has a journal tab where you can write down what you noticed while letting things go.
- Can I choose a minimalism philosophy?
Yes. Since version 1.1.1 you can pick the philosophies that inspire you, and MIZE uses them to shape your plan. Each one comes with quotes to reflect on.
